Investid LLC operates an SMS program called Investid LLC Operational Alerts. It sends one-time passcodes, login verification codes, workflow status updates, and system error alerts. Messages go only to mobile numbers belonging to Investid LLC personnel who enrolled those numbers themselves. The program sends no marketing or promotional messages, and we do not collect, buy, rent, or share mobile numbers for it.
Message frequency varies, because messages are triggered by system events and verification requests rather than a fixed schedule. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for these messages; your carrier's standard rates apply.
Reply HELP to any message for help, or email matt@investidco.com. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP you will receive one confirmation message and nothing further. To rejoin, reply START.
Messages are supported on major United States mobile carriers. Delivery is subject to carrier availability and is not guaranteed, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile numbers and message content are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
